Kerrie Justice is an intelligent lawyer with an athlete’s competitive spirit. Although she is obviously busy, Kerrie was always a wonderful representative of calm preparedness during my lengthy and tenacious custody litigation. I appreciate her knowledge, her calming presence, and her polite and respectful attitude in the courtroom, and outside of it. I can only assume the negative reviews were retaliatory response from frustrated phonies who lost against her in court because Kerrie did an outstanding job representing the best interests of me and my children in a very touchy and extremely stressful custody case. I was most pleased with her high level of integrity and tenacity during her closing statements because of how aptly she conveyed to the judge what was of highest importance to me in regards to outcome. She is very intelligent and was forceful when the situation called for it. Her knowledge of the law and how it can work FOR you is exceptional and her ability to think outside the lines and come up with creative ways to solve a problem is beyond reproach. Speaking from experience, Kerrie’s best work is when you just trust her and let her do her job.

Thank you Mrs. Justice and your team! Organized. Confident. Structured. Established. Just a few words to help describe how truly amazing this woman is! And like my title says...I hired her twice!!! And if need be, wouldn't hesitate to do so again. If anyone says otherwise...well that just might be my ex lol

I found Ms. Justice by a unique turn of events. It was one of those situations that when your at the end of your rope and attaching it to a rock to throw over a bridge something happens. Something you truly did not expect because the shoe has been consistently dropping in a 20 year marriage. He was going to make sure I could not leave and he tried hard to do everything in his power to financially destroy me and thus keep me and my children in a life he had complete control of. My story was embarrassing for me to tell. There were facts that I realized were a coin toss for one to believe. Ms. Justice listened and believed me. Pretty profound for a women who had been told for years she was crazy and imagining things. She could not promise me anything but that she would do her utmost to make sure my children and I survived this. We not only survived we are thriving. Were there times I was frustrated?..YES...Were there times I felt like I was falling in the dark without a parachute?...YUP!!! However more were the times I knew I had a legal team taking care of me. They calmed me down through melt downs and panic attacks and "Thank You" are such small words for what I truly feel. Ann Marie,for all the times you actually made me laugh and understood my fear and helped me. Kim for serving that man in a way that was nothing short of a real life TV episode and staying close to make sure me and my kids were safe after he was served. Kerrie and staff were absolutely amazing. Got the outcome I was hoping for which was the reunification of my 13 year old son with me, and his sister and younger half-brother. Kerrie's staff was diligent in preparing my documents, and always were on time. Being that I was out of state, I relied on her heavily to do everything without oversight, and I was very impressed with her ability and willingness to do so. I retained her for an exparte appearance and she gave me thorough explanations of what to expect. Had I retained her 10 years ago when our stupid custody agreement was made, I wouldn't have had to go through what I just did. When my ex-wife lawyered up, I needed to defend myself. I read reviews and interviewed 5 different family law attorneys. I explained my situation to each of them and had a list of questions also. Once I was done, I waited a few days and then called back to state that "I forgot to ask a couple of things." I didn't really have extra questions, I just wanted to see how I would be treated if I wasn't yet a client. Some of the attorneys just disregarded my calls and never returned my multiple voicemails or messages left with the receptionists, some told me that if I had further questions I would have to make another appointment, and one told me straight out that I would not be allowed to talk to the attorney further unless I brought them on first. Kerrie Justice took my call personally and answered my additional questions. My decision was made. Additionally, when I called other attorneys back to let them know my choice. 3 of them told me "Good choice. She's one of the best family law attorneys around." They were right. Her office is organized, staff is polite, they are on top of things, understood my frustrations when I needed to vent, and were always helpful. Kerrie was also AMAZING in court. There wasn't a single point that we lost on, and in fact everything was going in our favor when my ex finally decided to settle. Karyn, Natalie and Kerrie were invaluable and I am eternally grateful for all they did. Even the accounting manager Athena, was great. My divorce was so financially devastating and Athena understood that. She was firm, needed deadlines kept, but worked with me on the financial side to help me. I can't say enough good about Kerrie, her staff, and the office in general. Divorce is a terrible thing. It is stressful financially and emotionally on both parties and their respective families. Kerrie and her staff made the experience so much more manageable by following through, keeping me apprised of what was going on, providing guidance and simply listening and understanding my particular situation. You will not go wrong hiring Kerrie and her firm. They are first rate, she is a winner in the courtroom, they are polite, considerate, helpful and understanding. During a tough time, it's this kind of attorney you need.

She helped me win a domestic violence restraining order. The staff in the office were extremely kind and helpful as well. I would absolutely recommend her !

I had a very good experience with Ms. Justice. Any one going through any legal matter needs to understand they have to do work on their own end. Just hiring a lawyer isn't going to win you a case. I put a lot of time and effort into gaining custody of my children. I had a lot of cards stacked against me. ( I am the father trying to get custody over the mother, I had left the state, the children were currently living with their mother. ) I did my homework and it paid off. Ms. Justice guided me through all aspects of the custody case. She avoided taking the case to an actual trial. I hired Ms. Justice in April of 2014 and by Jan 2015 had custody. Ms. Justice and her team were all very helpful. A few minor issues had come up with paper work but nothing that wasn't fixed as soon as it was brought to their attention. Any one looking for a good Lawyer Ms. Justice and her team will get it done. REMEMBER!! Do your homework!! and be realistic you are hiring a lawyer. You are going to have to pay. They were very flexible and helpful with the money, you just have to talk to them.

I've know Ms. Justice for 12 years. I went through a nasty divorce and child custody battles. She is the only lawyer I would ever use. I even had my ex wife's boss fire his lawyer and retain Ms. Justice. The last time I went to court with Ms. Justice my ex wife saw me talking to her and ran down the hallway. What I like about her is she is very calm and good at what she does. I trust her and all her workers. I never question her because that's how much I trust her. If not for her I don't think my child custody would have gone so well. I have my kids 50% of the time thanks to her. If any one is ever in need of a lawyer I highly recommend her. To me she is the best!

Kerrie is 100% genuine. Her heart is in her work and she is extremely personable. She takes the time for her client and goes out of her way to make the impossible happen. If someone tells you "no you cannot do that" meet with Kerrie 1st and get the truth on your options.

Kerrie Justice repesented me 2 times so far in the last 18 yrs. I could have never won my case with out her knowlage and hard work. Her staff was always helping with the little things to get ready for court preping papers and keeping Kerrie up to date for court hearings. She was always prompt, Kind, Profresonal and Caring to work with. I won custody of all three of my children even as a Dad, When it was almost unheard of at that time for a man to get. She belived in me and was able to show the court I was better for my children. I also have been granted the great honor of being awarded gardianship of my twin grand daughters almost 8 yrs ago now, Which I do not belive could have been possable with out Kerrie. Agian she belived I was the best for them and fought hard for me. I dont think I would ever go to another attorney if I ever need one agian. She will fight as hard as she can for you too. I would be very fearful to go aginst her in court after having her as my attorney 2 times now and seeing how hard she works for her clients. Keep up the great work Kerrie.
