How do you say thank you to someone who helped play a part in changing the life of my family?? My case was difficult. About 15 months ago my sons mom refused to send him for visitation to Tennessee. Through Able 2 Help Services we started the process for a move-away order, which is difficult to get in the best of circumstances. As we progressed through the lengthy court process, mediation, etc., we ended up at trial. I knew I was in over my head at this point. When a family member offered to hire an attorney, we had the privilege of meeting Janice. Even though this case had been going on for over a year, she agreed to help us and picked up the duties of going to trial. Although she hadn't been a part of the case, she never hesitated. In a short period of time, she and her team got up to speed on the details of the case. With all the evidence, reports and declarations; she prepared for the fight of my sons life. Janice was methodical and relentless in her delivery of the evidence. She is very rational and keeps emotion out of the court room, as any good lawyer does. Watching her hammer my sons mom about her failures did offer more than a little satisfaction. I would not have been able to navigate the trial without the professionalism and knowledge that Janice brought to the case. My son is now home in Tennessee with us, learning to thrive in ways he never knew possible. Janice helped to change the direction of his life and the life of my family. I will be eternally grateful for her efforts and would HIGHLY recommend her services to anyone in need. I have read some of the other reviews and have to say, I did not see the person they're speaking of. It's my job, as my sons Dad to feel everything that's going on...it's her job to manage the case dispassionately, within the legal system and she did that exceptionally!! With all my heart, thank you Janice!!

How do you thank someone who helped to change your life? Without being overly dramatic, we met Marie about 15 months ago when my sons mom refused to send him to us for visitation. Being a disabled vet, we couldn't afford an attorney and Marie stepped up, guiding us through a process I was ill equipped to handle alone. These proceedings are emotional enough without feeling like you have no idea what to do, what papers to file, or how to do any of it alone. What's worse, if your efforts don't work, your child pays for your failure. What we found was one of the most wonderful people I've met in this life. Her tenacity, professionalism, compassion and spot-on knowledge of the legal system and the Victorville courts made a long, arduous process bearable because we knew we weren't alone. When serious problems were discovered, she always knew what and when paperwork needed to be filed. She always made us feel as though we were doing everything possible to get my son home to us. I now have custody of my son. He is living here in Tennessee and starting to thrive in ways he never dreamed possible. It was not an easy walk to get here but I'm not sure we would have made it this far without Marie and all her hard work. With all my hear, my family thanks you dearly!!
