A defamation lawsuit was filed against me and a judge ordered that I owed the opposing party $10,000. I appealed this decision and decided to hire an attorney. Mr.Alderson defended me in this matter and the final judgement is that I do not owe the plaintiff any money at all. Without Mr. Aldersons help I don’t think this could’ve been possible. Would highly recommend this attorney.

Called a few times regarding a case for civil rights and just had me waste time telling me to hold on the attorney would call me back after 3 pm and a few calls again to them told the same thing still waiting for them to call. He might be to busy for new cases.

ATTORNEY JUST CALLED ME TALKING NON SENSE VERY RUDE UNWILLING TO UNDERSTAND THE DAMAGES SUFFERED AND SUFFERING YELLING ON THE PHONE EXTREMELY ABUSIVE PERSONALITY AND UNPROFESSIONAL NEVER ENCOUNTERED ANYTHING LIKE THIS AND MY FATHER IS A SUPERIOR COURT CRIMINAL JUDGE .....!!!! Retain literally any Lawyer instead of him. I called Richard regarding a dispute with my landlord, and explained the situation as it pertains to her having me and my family signing an illegal lease agreement, renting illegally and many other things. As I explained the case Richard was heard laughing on the phone, being very smug, rude, unprofessional, and he began arguing with me on the phone and talking to me like a bum on the street. I have never in my life been approached by a professional in this manner. His secretary was very rude when answering the phone and not inviting at all. Richard was a condescending jerk the whole phone call and was of no help to the community he is paid to serve. Once he realized I no longer wanted to seek his services and he wasn’t going to get money, his whole tune changed. I would stay far away from this law firm as Richard doesn’t care about the people or his community, he is only after a money grab. He is very insulting calling myself and my family liars and squatters in a property we have paid more than the legal amount of rent increase at for 5 years ON TIME. Don’t waste your time here.
