The caseworkers there are genuine, true, and try their best to help you as much as they can! Even if they can't help you when you don't qualify for the benefits, they give you plenty of resources!

Their timing was extremely disappointing. I reached out to them over a year ago and I'm just now hearing from them. They sent me a closing letter saying they've left me various voicemails which is not true. I confirmed my contact information, both email and phone number and they had it right.
Question...is this behaviour planned? Oh, wait...you're not done with this moment in your life..here!! "We are a legal Firm that is here for you during a time you need us most". NO YOU ARE NOT!! Just a reminder......

I spoke to several ladies and they were all wonderful. Very nice and helpful. I would say all of their names but only Andrea stood out in my mind. She was so kind and had me set up for a call back before I even asked. These ladies deserve a nice bonus for Christmas 💗
