Michael Hatherley, is without a doubt a rarity in his field. I am not a person that easily hands out recommendations, in fact, I'm hard to impress and maybe even harder to work with. When I first met Michael, I was reluctant. Maybe, because of his age (at the time he was a lawyer just about 5 years into the business). I challenged everything about him, his knowledge, experience, life-experience...tolerance. I wanted the "best" and expected the "best", afterall I was placing my life and my children's life in his hands. It was the start of a very tumultous & drawn out child custody battle that many people, especially my family, felt I was losing. And I did, but not in the end. It takes a very skilled and dedicated Attorney to "turn things around". Michael is the only Attorney I've come across in the past 3 yrs that can truly do that. He is capable; Resilient; Firm to the truth. I fully attest to the abilities of MHH as an Attorney-intuitive, quick-witted & EXTREMELY COMPETENT.
