I’m extremely satisfied with Curtis Daugherty. He provided outstanding counsel during our long and complex case. He and his team originally helped us back in 2019 with our 1st guardianship case and again in 2021-22 with our 2nd case terminating parental rights with the sole purpose to adopt. He’s tenacious, professional, communicative, considerate, aggressive and not afraid of a challenge. He’s great to work with and educated us on what to expect, what the likely outcome would be and then he achieved it. He exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond for our family. Being inside of a challenging case with Child support services my entire adult life, has created many road blocks and lost opportunities in my life. I cannot Express how grateful I am to have had Mr. Daughterey represent my case in court. I came to him for help with child custody and divorce plus a move away request. I was trying to do things myself without the help of an attorney until things got messy. My case was confusing with all the back and forth filings between my ex and I. He quickly made sense of it all and worked with me to come up with a response on short notice. He has a very sharp mind and excellent people skills.
