One of the best lawyers in Visalia California. In my case I was going against a tough family that has connections with the bar association in town. But even like that my lawyer Scott Lyons was able to stop my case before going to federal court and with the outcome at my favor. plus this law firm has a well organized and friendly staff I highly recommend this lawyer who may be in need of one!

Filed a chapter 13 and was making payments until Scott Lyons advised us to quit making the payments and refile with a chapter 7 when it was discharged. We did as told and then found out he should have just went back to court and and we shouldn’t have stopped paying. Also found out we don’t qualify for a chapter 7. As our attorney he should have know that. They quit returning phone calls and was impossible to get a hold of unless I showed up unannounced. Long story short, the screwed us.
