He is very professional, straightforward, honest, does not sugarcoat your situation and even try’s to protect other members in the household. When I called seeking assistance with a complicated case. I was upset and trying to explain what happened. Mr. Hamilton didn't like that I had forgot to mention 1 fact out of 100 that were relevent and he interrupted me and then hung up on me. He was very rude and not an understanding person at all. If you have trouble keeping your thoughts straight when you're really upset because of your situation, don't call this guy. He doesn't have patience or empathy at all. Very rude, unprofessional and uncaring.
