If this is Eric Hamilton senior, be very careful. as a matter of fact don't even consider him! he did nothing for me at all! when I was arrested. It was the first time I ever been arrested or in any trouble. all he would do was pull on his shirt collar and say I think they have evidence.... just take the deal... now I am stuck with two felonies that are not wobblers.

Mr. Hamilton is a class A attorney. He is very helpful, responsive, and affordable. Him and his office staff do everything for you and are very responsive to phone calls and emails. He is supportive and listens and always offers advice without feeling pressured to go with his advice. He returned phone calls and emails very promptly. I would recommend him to anyone looking.

We hired Ashley because we could no longer do the job ourselves; we were exhausted from fighting our custody battle, with the other parent taking us back to court every year. We needed someone knowledgeable in family law to fight for our child and us. Ashley and her office staff went above and beyond. We had so many questions ( our case was complex), she always made time to listen, she kept us informed every step of the way. Ashley went over all our concerns; we wanted this to be the last time to have to be taken to court. Ashley made that happen. We couldn't have asked for a better person to represent us at trial. Eric Hamilton is by far the most amazing, helpful, and understanding lawyer. He is compassionate and understanding. I couldn’t of gone through my guardianship process without him. Him and his office staff do everything for you. They know that your in a stressful situation and make the process so easy. They help you get things done and make sure the courts have all of your paperwork filed and done correctly. He is very supportive and listens. He is honest with you and explains things so you can understand exactly what is going on. He respects your feelings and decisions on what you think and walks you through the court process one step at a time. If I ever have anything I need an attorney for, Eric will be the guy. I highly recommend him.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Overall I had the worse experience with all of the staff in the office. The secretary is rude and the Paralegal is unprofessional. She did not update my information and then expected me to sign the document with old and incorrect information. I had to ask her several times to update it before I could sign. Eric Hamilton would not return my calls nor emails. Before my first court hearing, he told me that I had an easy case to win. That I had nothing to worry about. He asked me to give him all of my court documents. After a few hearings he started showing me that he was not interested in my case. He clearly started siding with the other party and his attorney. Both attorneys work in the same office and would have private conversations about my case. He took my money knowing that he didn't agree with my case and clearly does not care about the children. Before the hearing I heard Eric and the other attorney talking about me and making fun about the amount of my income.During another one of my hearings Eric was very rude to me when I asked him a question about what was said. He blew up on me and started yelling at me. While we were still in the hallway outside of the courtroom he said some hurtful things to me and made me cry infront of the other people. I told him that I did not want him to represent me anymore because he only made things worse for me and because he was being very unprofessional. He would not speak up in court and did not try to defend me. I called the office and asked for all of my documents back. When I picked up my packet of paper work I noticed that a flash drive i submitted with my paperwork was still in the sealed envelope that i gave him. He never opened it. He told me that he never got a flash drive. Clearly he did not look through the paper work that I gave him. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND him to anyone especially for a child custody case. Do not waste your money nor time on Eric Hamilton. It almost makes sense that he was paid off to loose the case.

I was looking for a lawyer to help assist me with a legal issue. After calling different lawyers and being given a date they would call me back; I called Eric Hamilton's office. His front office assistant was polite and professional. She transferred me directly to him. Which was shocking given that most lawyers made me wait a week or so to speak with them. He was very professional and easy to talk. He wasted no time looking up my case and going over the details as I was on the phone with him. He was confident in his ability to assist me with my desired outcome. He gave me a price and never changed it. There was no hidden cost or surprise fees. Within weeks he had my case on the calendar. In less than six weeks my case was dismissed thanks to Eric Hamilton! I would recommend him to everyone. I appreciate all the help. Thank you.

I went to this firm at one of the worst times in my life. Instead of getting help, I hired a man that won’t return calls, won’t set up times for litigation, and doesn’t even both to tell you of upcoming court dates. I had to hire another lawyer and after all that he won’t even return my calls to discuss getting some of my money back. If you don’t want to make bad times worse, don’t hire this guy.

Great work. So thankful I found a amazing lawyer, Mr.Eric . He was highly recommended by friends that had gotten separated. My ex wife left, and Mr. Eric helpt me Get my daughter. Now i have 100% custody of my daughter. I would recommend Mr. Eric to anyone that is getting a divorce.

Wow ! I wish I could talk about how Mr. Hamilton HAS TURNED THE TABLES ON MY EX ! Although I am still going through my divorce and custody proceedings, I would’ve already lost my case if I went with any other lawyer. But I didn’t. I wish I was allowed to talk about all the positive things that Mr. Hamilton has helped me with. For now , I can say if your feeling like the Legal system is NOT GIVING YOU A FAIR DEAL - Call Mr. Hamilton office for a consultation. It’s the quickest most stress free way to fix your legal problems. Seriously. When my case is done I will repost another review stating how BADLY it was for me and what he did to fix it for me.

I completely put my trust in this office and put all my doubts aside and let the professionals handle my divorce and I have had a great experience during such a hard time. I am very happy I chose Eric Hamilton. I would go back to him. 👌
