I would not recommend this law firm! My father was murdered by Fresno pD in 2013. They took my case on stating it was a high profile case. During the 3 years before I settled this law firm was never on my side. They called my father Angel Toscano out his name, saying he was a piece of shirt and not a great citizen. Fact of the matter was, they never wanted to fight my case against Fresno PD. They only lookto have a fast payout. I was 18 years old at the time and they took 100% advantage of me! I hope you consider this when choosing a professional law firm.

I'll state it in very simple terms. If you do not like money, then do not hire these attorneys. However, if you do like money, then give these attorneys a call!!!

I could not get Edison to take responsibility for a panel THEY broke, until, nearly a year later, I finally hired an attorney to write a letter to them. Within one week had a check in my hands! The consultation, research and letter cost me less than $300, which was great! If anyone has any issues like this, I used Monica Rast and she was GREAT! I had also used Leonard Herr in the past, and his expertise saved me thousands! I am now using this firm for all of my legal needs regarding my business and estate planning. A little over year I got into accident and with the stress that already comes with that and of not knowing what to do next, I initially had a legal team that just added more to that. I was in an accident where a young woman rear-ended my pick-up. Of course it was simply an accident, and she had insurance, however is was your standard 15/30 min requirements.
