My experience with Mr. Thomas Degn like finding light in a dark room. While in the most stressful time in my life dealing with my case hiring Mr. Degn was the best decision I had ever made! He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and WILL fight for you. If it wasn't for Tom I wouldn't be here now and my family and I are truly indebted to him for not only his services and tenacity in the courtroom but also his comfort and support through the entire process. Not everyone is use to the courtroom setting and how the judicial system works, Tom keeps you informed and upto date with what you should expect throughout the process and will explain what options are available good or bad ... it's the real world with real problems in it and you NEED a real attorney and Thomas W. Thomas Westwood Degn, proved it himself, to be the best attorney ever. I was booked for robbery, assult, and vandalism. He fought the case for me and did a fantastic job. If you need a good attorney who really knows the court system in this county, who can and will work hard for you, then Tom is the one I would choose again. My need was a small issue that turned into large issue that Tom handled exceptionally.

A few years ago Mr. Degn helped me with a criminal matter. He filled me with confidence that we would prevail at the same time kept me informed of all options and possibility's. He did a excellent job of preparing my case and presenting it to a jury. We won easily. His fees were fair. He always considered my input and was responsive.He handled my case with the highest level of professionalism. I am grateful to have had Mr. Degn there when I needed him. This is high praise but he earned it.
