Anne helped me with a prenuptial agreement and she was wonderful to work with. She was very easy to get a hold of, and always had time for me when I needed it. It was a fairly scary process for me, and she helped explain anything that was confusing along the way. Additionally, I felt very well represented during the whole process and knew that my best interests were protected. After working with Anne, I felt safe signing this document. Highly recommend her!

Anne Howard was highly recommended to me when I needed a second opinion and desperately needed some guidance and direction. I was numb from a divorce that took place in a state that had no jurisdiction over me and was represented by an attorney who had no experience in family law. Based on her level of expertise I was surprised at how reasonable her rates were. I asked for one hour of her time to see if anything could be done with my judgement and that hour was more valuable than the 79 hours of work I was charged for from my previous representation. There were many things that she said that were hard for me to hear, I was pleading ignorance, but Anne wasn’t going to let me have it. She was honest, upfront and did not leave anything up for misinterpretation. I have never met Anne in person, but within a few minutes of talking to her, I realized she was passionate about law and determined for me to understand how and why I ended up with the results I did. I will not recovery the financial loss due to the errors that were made with my first misrepresentation, but because of her guidance I have a better understanding of the law, my trust in the system has been restored and I finally have the courage to attempt to right a wrong. She has a moral compass which is guided by her integrity and a desire to help those that have put their trust in her. She made this lasting impression during a 60 minute conversation on the phone and I will be forever grateful.

My case was complex ... not only 33 years of high-visibility marriage but also seven businesses I successfully launched in six countries. My ex's attorney was not intellectually up to diving into a case involving complex international tax and business law - and he forced me to pay for it. Even with the upper hand pounding me by my ex, Anne knew whom to consult to walk me through this mess. Matters were not helped when my ex- deliberately lied about me and got me fired from one of my companies -- but Anne blocked her efforts to claim my "fired income" as current and open to levy by Family Court. I found her staff responsive to my queries and better than adequate on client communication. The divorce was very expensive ... low 6-figures by the time all of the international forensic accountants were paid and I forked up the share of my wife's costs ordered by Family Court. But I never felt gouged by Anne for her portion of the case. Most incidental costs (photo-copy, etc.) were forgiven, too ... no minor feat when close to 5,000 pages of financial discovery had to be produced. Bottom line: I came out OK, and so did my wife. The final MSA was fair all 'round, and Anne played the major role in dissipating the heat my ex's attorney tried to stir up. I admired her willingness to take on a challenging case with some unprecedented legal issues.to confront San Diego Family Court.
