I was having trouble getting out of my lease. I had submitted a 30 day notice and my landlord wouldn’t let me go. I was informed by management, before signing my lease, that submitting a notice 30 days in advance would get me off the lease. Well when it was time to move out, the information that was given to me was wrong. I was stressed, couldn’t sleep, and looking for help anywhere I could get it. Everyone kept telling me the same thing over and over again, that I couldn’t get out of it until both my roommate and I left together. Thankfully, a good friend of mine recommended Stephanie. He had worked with her in the past and said wonderful things. HE WASNT KIDDING. Stephanie was helpful from the very beginning. I don’t understand housing law, I mean who does? I was asking Stephanie hundreds of questions and she answered every single one of them. I’ve always been intimidated by legal help, but Stephanie is very welcoming, kind, and patient. I can’t emphasize this enough, if you’re having legal housing trouble, she is the person to go to. Within a week of her helping me, my landlord finally succumbed and agreed to let me off the lease. I can’t tell you how relieved I am to not worry about it anymore. Thank you very much Stephanie for all of your help. I’m definitely recommending you to all my friends and family.

Gabriel was a breath of fresh, secure air for me after dealing with too many other expensive ways to settle my case. He probably cost 98% cheaper than other attorney methods. Albeit not an attorney his knowledge of the courts, the process and the language helped my situation immensely. Save your self money and trouble, give them a call.
