We needed an affordable attorney so we decided to go with Mrs. Tejeda. Worse mistake of our lives! She seem very confident and said everything we needed to hear. when we're all going thru a hard time, you think finally somebody is going to help me! Wrong, the minute she got introduced to the opposing attorney everything changed. She seem bullied around and couldn't fight for us. When outside of court, instead of fighting for her client , she asked us to settle! She was so afraid of actually putting up a fight with the other attorney that she thought it was best for her client to settle! Not only have we spend thousands of dollars on attorneys fees but now with the outcome, we will struggle for years to come thanks to her! If you want cheap, and someone just to do paperwork for you. She's the right person for you. If you want someone who will actually fight for you, save your money and do your own research. She'll just be a big waste of time.

I cannot say enough good things about Aaron. He has been my family attorney for almost 3 years now. Unfortunately I have on-going litigious issues in family court and he has always been there for my family. Great attorney and easy to work with.

I was in high conflict custody case that lasted almost 5 yrs, Aaron Smith was outstanding. He was instrumental in helping me keep custody of my daughter and during this awful experience he was there to explain all the twists, turns, and games the other side was doing long before it happened so I was prepared in court. I have referred him to several friends whom were very satisfied with their results as well.

David Pflaum was amazing in helping us, he was very knowledgeable, passionate and caring, he took opposition like a pitbull and prevailed. Sixteen years after our case ended, without contact with him, we called and left a very brief message with just our name and he promptly called back remembering exactly who we were and specifics about our brief case, that in itself was impressive....
