Total ass of an attorney. Screwed up my whole divorce case. Got me 19 dollars a month child support and helped me to be homeless where I had to live couch to couch with my child. I met Mr. Pflaum eighteen years ago when he helped me as juvenile with a driving on a suspended license case. He did a great job on reducing my charges. I ended up receiving a small fine without jeopardizing the completion of my probation a month later. In 2014, due to a D.U.I charge I acquired the legal services of Mr. Pflaum. My biggest concern with my case were the charges of a second offence. Once again, he didn’t let me down, I ended up getting no jail time and Mr. Pflaum even managed to lower my BAC so I wouldn’t be required to do any community service. Due to some unseen circumstances with my neighbor I was served with a restraining order on August 2017. I immediately made an appointment with Mr. Pflaum for the following day. I knew my case was in good hands so I decided to still proceed with my original vacation plans. When I got back the restraining order was dropped by the judge and taken off my record. When you meet with Mr. Pflaum to discuss your case he takes the time to explain the court process and your different options. I first met Mr. David Pflaum when he took on my fathers case. I was worried for my father but David always made us feel at ease.
