My wife and I came into James’s office accused of 18 felony counts for healthcare-related issues. Each count was a maximum of 4 years in custody - something that we were entirely unprepared for! James and his impeccable team helped us reach a settlement with the San Diego City Attorney’s office and all we had to do was pay a restitution fee to the Office of Revenue and Recovery. In the end of it all, our case was completely dismissed. I recommend James for his outstanding expertise and treating our case with the utmost respect.
