I was wrongfully arrested for Domestic Violence, a misdemeanor. After interviewing several lawyers I chose Attorney Liss. Though my case was small, he handled it as if it were of paramount importance to him as it was to me. His law office brought me justice. Mr. Liss and his staff have been extremely professional and supportive. Mr. Liss is always available to provide advice and came up with a game plan to help me through my situation. I was in the most scary and a horrible situation of my life, not knowing exactly who to hire to help me it was a headache I went on Google to look for an attorney and I was reading the reviews that's why decided to write one for Peter and take you through the whole process that I went through so when you finish reading it not hiring him would seem stupid. The chargers I was facing we're very very bad and not stepping in to prison was not even an option do to the severity of the chargers , I hired peter Liss he actually took over the case from a previous attorney I had hired that didn't feel was doing much and was charging way to much Peter asked me what I wanted and was extremly straight foward with me the whole case, The day of my hearing he was so prepered and was not like any other attorney in the courtroom he was actually fighting for me I felt completely safe having him by my side, at the End I got exacly what I wanted ( No prison Time ) I would Extremely encourage everyone to hire him it would be the best decision of your life!

My son was in Juvenile Hall. Within a week of contacting Mr. Liss, my son was released to complete his semester so he would not fail all of his classed and delay his high school graduation (the public defender had told my son he would need to stay in Juvenile Hall for at least another 6 weeks). Thanks to Peter Liss and his staff acting on my behalf for a recent driving related charge. He and his staff handled all the court filings and appearances for me. He was able to negotiate a reduced charge, which led to a significantly reduced fine. I dont know how he did it, but he fought for me and he knew exactly what to do. I was under investigation and did not know what to do. I am an educated person but I am not familiar with law at all so I was scared. I recently got a DUI. and I blew a .12, which isn't terrible considering it was my first. However I hit another driver in the process (on the freeway mind you) totally wrecked his car and also injured the lone passenger. It was really scary, and automatically I was going to be convicted with a DUI Felony. I was absolutely terrified because I had a clean record and now I was going to get a Felony! That's a stain that pretty much never can be expunged off your record. So I did my research and contacted around 8 different attorneys/legal firms in the San Diego County area. Some of them dealt specifically with DUI's others did a variety of legal practices. I found Peter Liss online through another attorney, who referred Mr. Liss to me. Boy did he come through for me! I didn't have to serve any extra jail time, I ended up with a DUI Misdemeanor which is essentially a slap on the wrist and only 3 months of OHS classes as rehabilitation. He also was diligent enough to get my fines reduced, not to mention he was very flexible as far as the cost. It wasn't an arm an a leg to retain him, and any time I needed him he was there (un-like the public defender I was assigned).
