I had a difficulty with the California DMV. David was able to navigate the State hearing system. After a successful hearing with the DMV, the bureaucracy dropped the ball, and failed to restore my licence. David, without my asking, got back with the DMV and got them to finally, finish the job. David is great to work with and covered all of the possible bases. He really helped me !
