This place is nothing but a bunch of scammers..I went on there to get something I think a living will..when they said something about a free trial I said ok they asked for my card number I put it in when I seen pay now for the free trial I opted out..they said they sent me emails they sent nothing and still kept my card and charged me charged me nothing but scams!!!

I have used this site many times. I paid $50 to be able to amend my trust I put together myself. So easy to navigate this site. It takes a few minutes if you are not digital savvy but once you realize how easy it is you should be able to have a full on estate planning package within an hour or so. Depending on your assets. Don’t pay lawyers $1500-3000 to do this for you!

It’s a rip off. They know that you’re desperate if you’re on their site. They will auto charge you and the site even says that you shouldn’t trust it and hire a lawyer. Don’t get scammed.

I wish i can give 0 instead of one. They are hungry to charge everybody. Stupid customer service reps. No customer service at all, because they don't treat us as customers. They are liars trying to charge unlimited.
Maybe the website is good but because of this charging manner we are not going to use this website again.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH LAW DEPOT!!! They take your cc with lots of communication ... and then silence. Happily, sneakily billing you month after month. Customer service is bad--no help at all. Do not risk their extra charges. Go some where else.

When they charge your credit card even after you've cancelled within their 7 day trial window, all you need to do is dispute it with your bank. I just did that Horrible company. Avoid at all costs

Very poor quality, junk formats that are not universally accepted in each state and not helpful. Don’t forget to cancel subscriptions…. They won’t budge on refunds even if you’ve never used their product and don’t recall signing up for their subscription.

The WORST customer service I have EVER encountered. The supervisor - Cynthia is rude and unprofessional‼️. The forms are USELESS and written HORRIBLY - it would be MALPRACTICE for an attorney to use some of the garbage forms. The trust was the worst Ive seen in 30 years as a Paralegal. DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE.
