In 2012, I had a bicycle accident. First, I'd like to mention that I had never been involved in a lawsuit on either side previously. But, within weeks of my accident which involved a broken patella and collar bone, I discovered that at least 4 others in my neighborhood had had bicycle accidents at the exact same location. It was obvious to me that unless someone came forward, little or nothing was going to happen at this location to make it safer. I got in touch with Casper Meadows Schwartz & Cook and was represented by Nick Casper. Nick is genuinely interested in helping his clients. I'm sure given the lengthy legal process, I would have given up long before the case was settled. Nick offered great counsel on what to expect throughout the process and gave me tips along the way offering the advantages and disadvantages of trying to push for additional compensation. I cannot recommend Nick highly enough. He is considerate, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I do not feel that I could have hired a more worthy attorney.

She absolutely knew what she was doing and took the time to educate me along the way as to the next steps and I can set my clock by what she told me. I was/am very very pleased with her services and her enclyclopedic knowledege of the law but the aspect that I was most impressed with is that she always called me back No matter what the situation is a couple of times she called me during breaks of a trial and that told me that no matter what the situation is she will get back to you. I do not hire many personal lawyers but I speak to many through work. I would put Ms. Morell on top of the foodchain of attornies I speak with on a weekly basis. I was in a vehicular accident as a pedestrian, and I needed a personal injury lawyer. I was in great pain, and I was able to let Mr. Carlson take care of everything from the lawsuit to the medical lien. I could just forget about everything, and focus on my recovery. I went to Adam Carlson at Casper, Meadows, Schwartz & Cook following a pretty severe auto accident where the other driver was clearly at fault. Their insurance company was not very cooperative so I sought professional advice. Adam walked me through the whole process, explaining how things would progress, etc. so I knew what to expect. The staff there at the office is very professional and helpful. Overall, the full settlement amount was more than I had ever expected and the costs and fees were below the original estimates. Financially it was a very good decision to work with Adam. Overall, my experience with Adam at Casper, Meadows, Schwartz & Cook was VERY positive and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing legal help.

I hired the firm, and worked specifically with Adam Carlson, in a personal injury case. My experience could not have been better. This site of my injury was very unsafe and I broke my foot and developed a blood clot. Because Adam was so quick in gathering the necessary information via a personal interview, a site visit and public records, we had a case that could not lose. In the end, I was fairly compensated for my injuries and the pain and suffering. Throughout the process, Adam shined in his ability to walk the fine line of being aggressive when we needed to be, and counseling patience when it was called for. Adam was also very good at setting realistic expectations and instilling confidence in the process. I’m confident that I could not have been more fairly compensated, I feel that justice was served, and I would recommend the firm and Adam Carlson to anyone seeking damages in a case like mine.

Nick Casper took my case after a bad fall, where both shoulders got severely injured, one beyond repair and the other fixed with surgery. Nick's knowledge of injury law is extensive. He navigated through the settlement process with the utmost professionalism, showing great judgment and care for his clients' emotional and physical wellbeing. He sent me to an expert orthopedic doctor who properly accessed my injury, a critical step. He communicated with me effectively at every stage of the process. Most importantly, he understood me and my injuries and truly care and worked judiciously to get me the best settlement award. I can't think of anyone more respected and qualified than Nick Casper to handle any personal case injury.

Called Amy as soon as I was able to. She talked me through the process and let me know what to expect. My case took a year to complete due to COVID but she was there the whole time. She attended all hearings for me. She was able to bring my charge down from a DUI to a Wet Reckless and won my DMV hearing. I honestly couldn't say enough about how much Amy helped not only myself but my family as well.

If you find yourself in this awful situation look no further than Amy. I initially contacted another law office in Oakland and after I explained my situation they recommended that I call Amy as she exclusively deals with DUI cases. My BAC was very high (.27) but Amy was able to reduce the charge to a wet reckless, which meant that my license didn’t get suspended by the court. And then she was able to win the DMV hearing, so no having to install an IID or have restrictions on my license. Very stressful situation to go through and Amy was always very prompt to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Very thankful that I found her and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
