In 2023, my brother-in-law and I, as co-executors of my deceased husband's estate, realized we needed a competent attorney to help us navigate several unexpected problems that arose regarding the terms of the will..Luckily, we were referred to Matthew W. Harris and found him to be the perfect fit for us. Even tho my co-executor and I live in different counties and communicated totally by phone, Matt was able to keep us on track and in agreement on the various issues that arose. Matt is very articulate & patient and can simplify difficult issues so that we, as laymen, can understand them. We felt we were able to make good decisions and tough choices throughout the process due to his clear analysis. I would highly recommend Matthew Harris to anyone looking for an intelligent and persistent attorney to represent them. He's the best!

I had Matthew Harris prepare my estate plan several years ago. Mr. Harris informed me to have it looked at every 5 years due to changes in life. I recently contacted Mr. Harris to have my estate plan looked at and he was able to make changes that I didn't think would make a difference. After his thorough explanation of his changes, I was happy I contacted him. Mr. Harris was able to give my wife and I a better piece of mind knowing things will be seamless such a life event occur. Recently, I had a change in my personal life that required me to redo my living trust.
