Sam is a great attorney!! I came to him when I got into some legal trouble and he responded immediately, calmed me down and handle my case like it was his own. He’s always available and always told me what’s going on. Not only is he a great guy but he is very knowledgeable about the laws . He helped calm my nerves and made me feel that I was in great hands. Very disappointed of KPB Immigration Law Firm and their staffs, poor communication and professionalism, it’s been over a year and still have nothing on my brother’s case. They don’t bother to follow up. The case manager was always asking for the same documents, she was very unprofessional, didn’t reply to emails, calls or texts, always had an excuse for everything. She always said that she had so many cases going on at the same time, I believe that’s not a valid reason to tell to a client. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IMMIGRATION PROFESSIONAL HELP, THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU. Muy decepcionado con el bufete de abogados de inmigración KPB y su personal, mala comunicación y profesionalismo, ha pasado más de un año y todavía no tengo nada en el caso de mi hermano. No se molestan en hacer un seguimiento. La administradora de casos siempre pedía los mismos documentos, era muy poco profesional, no respondía correos electrónicos, llamadas ni mensajes de texto, siempre tenía una excusa para todo. Ella siempre decía que tenía tantos casos al mismo tiempo, creo que esa no es una razón válida para decírselo a un cliente. SI BUSCA AYUDA PROFESIONAL EN INMIGRACIÓN, ESTE NO ES EL LUGAR ADECUADO PARA USTED.
