My husband and I were referred to Andy Schwartz at Casper, Meadows, Schwartz & Cook after my husband was injured secondary to medical negligence which resulted in a prolonged ICU stay, hospitalization and permanent injuries. My husband and I never thought we would ever be involved in a lawsuit much less one involving medical malpractice. We were very anxious and reluctant about the possibility of filing a lawsuit. From the first telephone call and meeting Mr. Schwartz and his office staff treated us with compassion and respect. It was readily apparent that Andy Schwartz was confident, competent, had a wealth of experience, and most importantly, loved his work. We were thrilled when Andy agreed to represent us. We were so grateful that Andy was able to resolve our case quickly, efficiently, and professionally with extraordinary results. Andy kept us informed throughout the process and promptly responded to calls and emails. It was very apparent that the attorneys representing the defendants were willing to work with us toward a prompt resolution because of Andy's integrity, reputation and experience. In doing our due diligence to research the best civil case representation for my family, we selected Andy Schwartz because he was patient (we always asked a lot of questions), knowledgeable (in practice for over four decades), and understanding of our needs (English is not a first language for my family). He is experienced in litigation and the kind of powerhouse lawyer you want on your side.

Working with Andy was always a pleasure. He was very honest about our situation and made sure that we were taken care of through the entire process. He is very knowledgeable, confident and professional. I never felt as if I was in the dark or alone at anytime while working with Andy. Holly represented me in a very intense child support and custody hearing and trial. She did a good job mediating communication with my ex-wife, thus helping us reach a financial solution without reaching court. She also represented me at a child custody trial and was very effective at exposing several instances of lies and perjuries by my ex-wife. To be honest, at first I wasn't sure where she is going with her line of questions as she kept switching between topics. But when it was time for the closing statement, she tied all the topics together in an extremely efficient manner that took my ex wife by surprise. I don't know the results of trial yet. But regardless of the outcome, she did an outstanding job making me feel heard by the court and presenting supporting evidence. I highly reccommend Holly to any facing a difficult divorce, and need legal representation.

My husband and I went to Chandra to help us with a legal separation. I had anticipated a long, expensive, arduous process to resolve asset distribution as well as spousal support after a long, 20 year marriage. Chandra was wonderful. We both went to the meeting apprehensive and with a certain amount of anger. Chandra explained that emotions and feelings aside, the courts look at financial facts, and this helped us to put aside our feelings and quickly resolve our financial issues. Getting ugly and going to court wasn’t going to change what was on a DissoMaster, and she presented this in a way that made us realize that we needed to work on this and accept what was in black and white. She managed the process so that we both felt “heard”. More importantly, she helped us arrive at agreements that were fair for both of us. We revisited our numbers with her a year later, and that went smoothly too. My husband and I are still separated and have a great relationship with one another. We don’t have plans to divorce, and we will see what happens down the road. I don’t think we would would have been able to remain close to one another if it hadn’t been for Chandra.

Holly Gutkovsky is a diamond in the rough. I spent considerable time comparing the costs of different lawyers, but found Holly to be the best price. Not only that, she was the only lawyer I met with that didn't give me a bad vibe. Very nice, very polite, and seems to know what she is talking about. I am glad I found her during some rough years in my life as she made my transition to my new life much easier and helped me wrap up a few issues. Definitely recommend her to anyone in need of reasonably priced legal services!

I found out about Ms. Gutkovsky from a friend of mine that she represented in the past. I was going through a difficult time with my ex-husband fighting about our assets and our 401k. It was a stressful situation and I need to obtain counsel. When I went in for a consultation, Ms. Gutkovsky was very confident with her responses. She helped me through the discovery process. She was prompt in answering all my emails and phone calls. I was upset with the fact that my ex-husband did not want to produce his 401k information and Ms. Gutkovsky subpoenaed the company and was able to get me a good value. This firm is very knowledgeable and would highly recommend her!

Going through divorce can be a very stressful time and it is times like this that make you feel really bad and miserable. I was somewhat skeptical about getting an attorney as I approached Ms. Gutkovsky not knowing much about the process and what to do or how to do it. She quickly adjusted to what I knew and went at my pace. Informed me of what the process is and what we are supposed to do while simultaneously providing that moral support one desires during the tough times. Not only did I feel she was a really big help but she was available to answer my questions and keep me out of doubt about the subject. She is really Knowledgeable and knows family law inside out extensively. She is young but can perform at a level of the most experienced lawyers. Not only is she definetly a great attorney but is human and has compassion for you during the times you need support the most.

Ms. Nelson-Robak was a wonderful help to me in a very difficult situation. Her mediation skills helped to make a very contentious situation much easier to handle with a good outcome. She was also extremely helpful in helping us relocate to NY. Her expertise and caring nature made this a much easier situation for all involved.
