Our old Trust required updating so we first hired Matt Harris about 6 years ago. He did an excellent job, not leaving any untied details and reminded us that Wills and Trusts should be reviewed every 5 years as tax and inheritance laws are constantly changing. An example of this is the passing of Prop 19 which could affect how property is taxed after a person passes. Now, it is time for us contact Matt Harris again which we will do. He is very knowledgeable, intelligent, trustworthy, and easy to reach. Matt works for the client and not a big law firm.
