He is a pleasure to work with - extremely organized and efficient, very knowledgeable, patient with even the smallest of questions, and explains very well the big picture as well as the small details of the complex set of required documents. It is well worth the costs (and his rates are very reasonable) to know that an experienced attorney led me through the process. Scheduling sessions with him is very easy through his highly automated systems. I highly recommend him and, to be honest, I am not the easiest of customers. Like a lot of people, I think there are things I can do myself and avoid any kind of expense. Estate planning, especially in the digital age, is one best left to the experts and I am confident mine is in excellent shape. Today we became adults! My wife and I recently had a baby and we really never thought about getting a trust setup for our little family. I've heard of Mark from several friends that are older than I am for years. My wife and I were planning on going a trip and leaving our little one with family for the 1st time. That's when I knew we had to get our family affairs in order just in case. We meet over a zoom call and walked us through every little small detail and guided us from his lessons he has experienced. All in all we should done this sooner because it was so painless and easy. The only thing that bugged me personally was we couldn't shake his hand for all the help due to COVID.
