Pat is awesome and was able to help me with my employer dispute over a signing bonus that I was given and had to stay a certain amount of time before changing jobs but with her help I was able to accept my new job offer and also not have to pay back the signing bonus due to several breaches. I contacted Ms. Kelly to assist with a dispute with a prior landlord. When I moved out of the landlord's property, the proposed refund of my deposit did not match or even come close to what I was told during my move-out inspection. Ms. Kelly was able to quickly get through the details of my issue, and drafted a letter to the landlord citing appropriate state law and tenant's rights. She also gave me a meticulous overview of the process of gathering adequate evidence through potentially taking the landlord to small claims court to recoup my losses. Luckily, that wasn't the case and the landlord relented, though I am confident that had the need to go to court arisen Ms. Kelly's assistance would have proven indispensable. If the situation arises again where an attorney is needed, I would have zero hesitation in contacting Ms. Kelly again.
