Erika Portillo, primeramente estoy muy agradecida con Dios por poner a la abogada Erika Portillo en mi camino, pues yo estaba muy preocupada por mi estatus migratorio, pues me querían deportar. Había visto muchos abogados y la verdad nadie me daba esperanzas en mi caso. Y la abogada Erika con su gran experiencia y capacidad en su profesión me ayudó, no solo detuvo la deportación si no que hasta logró mi residencia permanente. Durante todo el proceso siempre estuvo disponible y accesible para cualquier duda o pregunta, orientandome y dandome confianza. Y si, todo resulto bien, gracias a su experiencia. Tracey Wapnick managed my divorce for me. She's smart, articulate and knows the law very well. She handled the legal documents and proceedings on my behalf and assured that my less than ethical ex didn't get away with the many sneaky ploys that her attorney tried. On the nuts and bolts side of being a divorce lawyer, there is none better. Beyond that however, Tracey's done an amazing job of managing the more subtle aspects of the process. She was extremely helpful in triaging which of my ex's issues were worth defending, both from my personal perspective and from the perspective of minimizing her own fees. She is not the type of attorney who encourages conflict for the sake of driving up costs, but consistently sought the more pragmatic resolution. She knows the inner working of the legal system very well and also seems to know most of the judges and other attorneys. She would take the time to explain to me the ways in which the letter of the law differs from how it's generally applied in practice. Her judgment and perspectives were invaluable. She's very sharp and her mind goes right to the center of each issue. That clarity of thought comes through in her spoken presentations to the court and in her written documents. Both were always clearly understandable by me; and in hindsight, persuasive to the judge. I'd recommend Tracey to anyone in the unfortunate process of getting divorced. Five stars!

I cannot speak highly enough about Tracey Wapnick. We live out of town and had an extremely difficult case which was going on for 3 1/2 years. We had selected one of the most prestigious firms in the area to represent us. We parted ways after paying an exorbitant amount of money and got incredibly lucky when we found Tracey. She is amazing! She is incredibly bright, articulate, tough, and honest with a fantastic memory and analytical mind. Had we found her initially the case would have been a fraction of the cost and much shorter. She learned the case and knew it better than our original firm who lived through it all. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I found Tracey after paying hundreds of dollars on unethical and inexperienced lawyers. She was very knowledgeable about the law and very well connected with other key people that help me go through my complicated divorce. She was very good in advice me how to negotiate everything without escalating the problem further. She gave me trust and peace of mind when I must needed it. I highly recommend her.
