OATH is very professional and totally organized and made the process of creating a trust for me painless and explained the whole process to me. I now have peace of mind knowing my assets will go to family and not go to probate or be taken by the state.

Oath does much more, also providing education so you know what you can do and how you can ensure that you are protected if incapacitated and that your wishes are honored when you die. Vaishali explained the process in her orientation meeting then scheduled a meeting for myself where I could ask questions that were specific to my situation and then she created the documents and emailed them to me to approve then we had a signing meeting. Mohana kept everything on track and I had the opportunity to ask questions when I had them.
