I already had a trust which had been created 8 years ago and I had questions and wanted to revisit it and update parts that needed revision. Vaishali explained the process in her orientation meeting then scheduled a meeting for myself where I could ask questions that were specific to my situation and then she created the documents and emailed them to me to approve then we had a signing meeting. Mohana kept everything on track and I had the opportunity to ask questions when I had them.
