Michael Primus is an exceptional attorney and human being. If you want an attorney that’s tough and straight but has incredible empathy skills, look no further! He has never made me feel judged or misunderstood. He is very efficient and his staff always has old school fantastic customer service skills, which is hard to find these days! I wish I could give him 10 stars.

Mr Primus’ entire staff was very helpful and understanding, made sure I was supported, informed, with the least stress possible given the situation, throughout the entire journey. Mr. Primus himself was easy to talk to, very reassuring and made sure every step I needed to take was clear and correct. I greatly appreciated not feeling judged or looked down upon by him or any of the staff.
