Thomas Daly is extremely easy to talk to, had a plan to be proactive and put my mind at ease when giving me his expertise and insight into the legal system. If I ever need an Attorney again or if a person I care about needs legal council I will direct them to Thomas Daly Law.

Dude is nothing short of outstanding. I hired him in June 2020 for dui charge that I had from back 2012. It was my 3rd dui at the time and I’d had a warrant out for it for over 7 years. I knew with certainty the DA was wanting to throw the book at me and that was the case. I lived with the fear of this hanging over my head for 7 years, as well as not having a license and dealing with the matter showing up on background checks, and yes I know this was my own fault. I finally decided to handle the matter and pay my dues which was most likely going to be a year in jail and another 3 years without a license because the conviction would trigger an additional 3 years of suspension. I prepared to accept this as the consequence of me not handling the matter for so long. I contacted my previous lawyer Dan O’Malley from the firm O’Connor Runckle and O’Malley law firm. O’Malley was extremely rude to me even though I was a previous client and he painted a total doom and gloom picture to me and that there wasn’t much he was going to be able to do given the circumstances. I decided to look for a 2nd opinion and man am I glad i did!!!! I reached out to Mr. Daly and it was night and day. He was friendly and did not make me feel judged at all. Once I explained my situation he immediately set forth formulating his game plan which was to get the case dismissed completely. I’ll be honest I had no faith in that happening at all but his confidence and demeanor made me feel a little bit at ease for the first time in 7 years even though I was convinced there wasn’t much he was going to be able to do. Over the next few weeks Thomas always checked in with me and kept me up to date with what he was doing and what he needed from me. He was consistent with his outstanding and personable treatment of me. I was never left wondering what was going on and his confidence in what he was going to do never wavered and my fear and anxiety actually eased over the weeks even though I was getting closer and closer to judgment day. Approximately 7 weeks after I retained Daly I get a call from him letting me know he got the DA to somehow some way dismiss my case AND dismiss probation and the probation violations. EVERYTHING COMPLETELY GONE AND DONE WITH! I had to keep pinching myself to make sure it was real. For the first time in 7 years I have my life back, nothing hanging over my head and my license all because of Thomas Daly. If you are considering hiring an attorney I seriously urge you to look no further. The guy was top notch in every way imaginable. Would give 500 stars if possible.

He's a great friendly guy. He know his business. He responds in a timely manner and definitely get things done. I trust him and if I come across a problem again that he can handle it will be him that I want and would recommend him to anyone he can serve. He helped me with my case and I got something else that had to do with that case and he was the first person I contacted, which he warned me about before it even happened. He keeps it honest and keeps his word.
