Really amazing lawyer! Always answered our questions and actually cared.

Thomas Daly is one of the kindest people I've ever spoken too. I was going through a very stressful time and only needed some legal advice. That case was of a very sensitive matter and he provided me with so much comfort and kindness I was overwhelmed. He gave me a free consultation and discussed my legal situation. He put me under know pressure to pursue a legal case with him as my attorney which I appreciated as I was under decided. He really is the best.

My Husband and I scheduled an appointment to discuss options about our situation. Our appointment was at 3:30. We arrived at 3:15 to be on the safe side. There was another gentleman ahead of us. Michael got through with that appointment and came out and grabbed our paper work at 3:33 and continued to make us wait until 3:45 as he "reviews" our paper work. Needless to say we left feeling, hurt, disrespected, and discriminated against because we were a same sex couple. Micheal first suggested we make to much to qualify for what we were trying to do, then repeatedly felt the need to say we have to pay everything off as if he was implying we were trying to take an easy way out. We already done the research and had a full deck when we walked in. To top it off Michael had the nerve to suggest in order for him to help it would be easier if me and my Legal husband separated physically or legally. I wander if he suggests this to all Married couples? or just the ones he is uncomfortable with. After we told him we are not separating and we will not lie on legal documents he proceeded to say he is not the lawyer for us. He beat around the bush and hid what he was trying to say by carefully wording he will not help us because we were a same sex couple and men of color. We were shocked because we never felt like this or was treated like this back in Texas but we move to liberal state like California and have to experience something like this. Very upsetting, and disappointed.
