I found Thomas in a moment in my life when I felt like things were going downhill for me. I got arrested for my second-time DUI, the first which I got just two years before. I realized I had one more day to find an attorney so I did some research on the internet and felt like my time was runningout. I came across Thomas on Yelp and called his offices. He answered and we spoke on the phone for a little bit and he decided to represent me which felt like a huge relief. He treated me like a friend and reassured me that everything would be okay if I pray and get my life together, which I did, and then he would do the rest. He attended court for me, and he was able to bring down the second-time DUI to only a wet reckless driving charge! I wanted to take a moment to write how much it has meant to me to have Attorney Thomas Fleming represent me in my DUI Case. From our initial legal consultation all the way to resolution many months later, Thomas has been incredible and exceptional as an attorney. But it seems the easier way to talk everyone into it. The court then ordered DMV to not suspend my license at the DMV hearing. This caused DMV to also find me Not Guilty. I didn’t even know the court could do that! Thomas’s work has been a true blessing. I am deeply grateful to God for guiding me to find Thomas in a time of great hardship, stress, and despair. All I can say is amen and thank you God. Last year I found myself in an unfortunate circumstance a drunk driver hit me on cinco de mayo weekend and kept going. I did not flee the scene, however I found myself in jail because I had been drinking. This was one of the most scariest times of my life what happens next how is this going to affect me forever. One year ago I was arrested for DUI while speeding at 93 miles an hour. It was one of the most terrible mistakes I had made, feeling completely ashamed, scared and lost. I thought that terrible decision completely ruined a career that I love. He got the prosecutor and the court to dimiss my DUI charges. I only admitted to a dry reckless (not wet reckless) for speeding. I received no punishment, only be good for 1 year and pay a small speeding fine. Then even the dry reckless driving will be expunged in 1 year. But DMV can suspend my license for the DUI. They act separately from the court. So Mr Fleming retained an expert forensic toxicologist in my case and we had a DMV trial. Based on the expert testimony, DMV also found me not guilty! My license was not suspended, which was essential for my job. I am super impressed with Mr. Fleming and his handling of my case. The case is done but I continue to stay in touch with him and his wife. I never thought that having a lawyer would lead to such wonderful things!
