Attorney Thomas Daly is a GREAT DUI defense attorney. I have seen him defend DUI cases in Contra Costa County and the guy is relentless. The DA's know that he is not afraid to take his cases to trial and because of that he has earned a positive reputation by the DA's and the judges such that he will get you the best deal short of trial.
