I was referred to BJ Lee by several firms in the Walnut Creek area. After meeting with her, I was struck by her professionalism and positive attitude. It seems she's developed a well earned reputation among her peers as a smart, tough lawyer who is very good at what she does. If you're in the market for a lawyer with a good reputation that is not on the high end of the financial spectrum, you should definitely consider BJ Lee.

I will try to keep this short and to the point. I divorced a few years ago and until Ariel, still having issues with my ex taking me to court for anything and everything. It was a way of bullying me and I knew this time I needed help. I started looking for lawyers , reading reviews and praying for the perfect fit, and I found the perfect lawyer. I will say this, Ariel is fair, realistic and will guide you with care. Ariel will try to settle things outside of court best she can and I never felt she was " stalling " to get a bigger pay day. Not going to lie, I have come across of few lawyers like that. Let's be honest, getting divorced is a vulnerable journey and I am grateful I had/ have a lawyer who understood and understands that. I was represented by Paul Donsbach of (Next Legal) in my divorce proceedings. This has been a very daunting and stressful time for me and for anyone in this situation. I worked very closely with him. The process to find an attorney that cares and is willing to listen and collaborate as a team is very difficult. The fees just for a consultation can add up trying to look for a compatible attorney. I had a divorce attorney prior to Anne that was very unorganized and just did not care. Finding Anne was a breath of fresh air, especially when the ex-spouse and their attorney was very uncooperative during the divorce process. The other reviews about Anne being patient yet firm was spot on. She’s definitely willing to put in the hard work and effort to get things done. Communication was fantastic and returned phone calls or emails in a timely manner. I wish I would have known about Anne during the onset of my divorce it would have prevented a lot of heartache and saved a lot of money.
