Romben is the BEST immigration attorney one could ask for. I highly recommend him to anyone who has to deal with USCIS. He helped me settle my green card case after a divorce and did so with confidence and ease. He was so easy to talk to, very prompt in responding to my emails and calls, and worked in a timely manner. He was very patient and explained what to do, what to expect, all the possible outcomes, etc. He prepares you well for anything that may come up and even checks in on you to make sure you made your appointments. My green card was approved and I could not be happier with the experience.

Seriously, I didn't pay, but he delivered the best service that a lawyer can do, i truly think you just can't go wrong with him So here is my case: instead of getting a green card, I'm giving up the green card. However, before I get this move, I would like to consult with a lawyer before I did something wrong that will cost me a lot in life. I have called so many lawyer but since I am giving up the green card, and almost not a single lawyer would give me consulting as they can not make money by help me apply something. But that's not the case with Romben! He explained what's the catch back, and even give me info about what to prepare if I want to reapply the green card! Jesus! He is so informative and so willing to help! And he can do this in my case not for money, I truly think he has passion in this field to not just earn money but HELP people! Guys good luck for the immigration, but when you have a choice, you deserve to get a better service for someone that is truly professional!

When my husband (Thai) and I (American) first started our journey toward legal status 5 years ago, things did not look good for us. We were only dating at that time and he was already in removal proceedings. Also, DOMA was standing in the way of an approved I-130 should we marry. Nonetheless, Romben stuck with us. We married in March of 2012. Our I-130 was denied in April 2013. SCOTUS struck down DOMA in June 2013 and Romben took us through the process again. Our I-130 was approved, the case against my husband was dropped, and we received his green card in February 2014. Throughout this whole process, Romben was professional as well as supportive. He was on top of all of the filing dates and requirements. Even when things looked impossible for us, Romben walked us through the legal swamp and we came out the other side smelling like roses. I would highly recommend him. He is one of the few lawyers who truly cares about the people he is fighting for.

We initially found Romben from the reviews on Yelp, but it was his demeanor and knowledge that made us decide to hire him after our first meeting. Our immigration case had hit some serious bumps in the road (7 year bumps) due to a poor choice in representation the first time around. Romben studied our case and helped us put together a strong package that he submitted for us and that ultimately resulted in my husband's green card being approved after only 3 months time! He is completely responsive to any questions or concerns, does what he says he will do and meets you where he says he will. He inspired confidence during the process and the results were better than we could have hoped. We would highly recommend Romben to anyone needing immigration help... and can not stress enough through our experience how important it is to pick the right counsel. Here's a fantastic tip: His office is next door to a FAB restaurant for breakfast or lunch called Marstons. If you have trouble finding parking you can park at Marstons, have a great meal and then go see an outstanding attorney!
