Do not go to this law firm. Do not let the 4.9 star rating fool you because as an seo guy, you can easily make your business a 5 star all it takes is consistency and carefully picking out certain customers who were happy with the odd time you provided good service then ask them to rate you. I was late with my appointment because they refused to set it at my availability. They literally set it the same day I had a doctor's appointment. I drive 2hr 10mins because of traffic accidents along the way. I called 2 to 3 times informing them what was happening on the road and why I will be late. I get to the office one of the lawyers starts yelling at me why was you late!?"Literally the first thing he said as if I was his kid. Keep in my mind I'm a combat veteran and I have been in Iraq and Afghanistan. Hence I'm no kid. I asked what's with the belligerent attitude? He said because you are late. I told him I know I called 2 times. I also called yesterday to set an appointment today to prevent this from happening. He says we'll it's common sense everyone is closed on new years I told him that's not what the lady over chat room told me. She assured me you guys weren't but no one picked up. He looks at my form and say this is not going to work out and walked off.
