They were great. The process of filing bankruptcy is extremely stressful, but they really helped put me at ease. I asked a lot of questions and sometimes I was frustrated when I didn't understand something, but they were very patient with me. I was able to arrange my payments in a way that was good for me and they were amazing at explaining everything that was going on. Dolores has the patience of a saint. I emailed her constantly and she always responded within a reasonable amount of time and she was always polite and helpful (Cynthia too). Mr. Clark even referred me to a dealership and I already have a new car and I'm working on rebuilding my credit. I literally went to court last week. Barry Borowitz was so down to earth and very kind and knowledgeable. I had a really good experience.
