I can't say enough on how greatful I am for Roger's- Beltran firm! Damon was amazing, met me at my home, was communitive and was ready for battle ! I was facing 9 years with a strike enhancement. Andy is the lawyer you want to retain when an issue arises. I had previously retained an attorney who was well recommended and they ended up doing nothing for 4 weeks until the case was filed when it should have been thrown out right off the bat. I believe Daniel and his team did their best for me. That being said let me share my experience. I got in a sideswipe with someone getting in my lane and hitting me on the side. Early the same week I starting getting neck pain and timing and numbing in my left arm to my fingers. So after getting some counsel with Daniel, I started getting therapy in the areas I needed it. This took longer than expected, but everyone is different. He set me up with a chiropractic/physical therapy office. Then as things progressed in a good way my body plateaued and needed more pain management from a different office for epidural shots. After I got the shots that helped, but I still needed more evaluation from a specialist because I was still getting some restriction in my cervical back. Something to realize is that the cost from the doctors offices will be also coming out of the settlement. Don’t worry about the costs because Daniel will negotiate. During this whole time, Daniel was patient and guided me through what he expected and what to expect. There were some delays with one of the therapy offices, but later it got straightened out. Throughout the whole period of time, Daniel gave me instruction and concise expectation. Not sure if you can find another person that can give you guidance in short period of time with his type of results. Overall, the experience took about eight months Daniel was able to get me a settlement that I was pleased with close to 50k.
