I have been delaying taking care of estate plan for years. What really gave me the nudge to take care of it was my family friend passing and they did not have their affairs in order. I let Vandad know all my concerns and my reason for needing my Trust and the rest of the docs done. Vandad explained every document to me and its importance. He was even able to work with the opposing attorney to resolve the situation without the cost (which would have been significant!) and headache of a court case.
