As I write this, the words still face me. Winning the case didn't bring my husband back, but I made sure that those responsible paid for their crime. We went to the hospital because we trusted doctors, and they tried to sell us lie after lie because of their mistake. We are thankful that we talked to Dr. Bruce Fagel, who told us during the initial meeting that something seems wrong. The medical advice we were getting was outdated and harmful, and they subjected my suffering husband to hours and hours of painful treatment that was only hurting him. If I could take back the clock, I would; we should've just stayed away from the hospital, and my husband should've been able to spend the last few days of his life in peace instead of agony. Thanks to Dr. Fagel, those doctors will never practice again. They have hurt the last innocent man of their lives.

My wife and I did everything by the book she took all the vitamins, had all the prenatal checkups, exercised, and ate well. We've had numerous tests and ultrasounds that show our baby being healthy and perfect but it all changed when we were in the delivery room. They said it was a breech delivery, but they should've been able to resolve it quickly, right? What happened next was the worst few hours of my life as my wife howled in agony, and I saw the medical team suddenly panicking. It turns out one of their own ****** up. The next thing I know, our baby is dead, and my wife is on the verge of death too. After a long surgery, they controlled the bleeding, but my wife was left traumatized and scarred. Thanks to Dr. Fagel, we found out the truth our baby should've survived, and my wife shouldn't have to go through that ordeal if only they have been competent!

First, they told us that it was routine surgery. Then they said to us that there were complications and they're handling them. The last time her surgeon spoke to me, he said my wife passed away because she lost too much blood. I don't believe it—how can she die because of a routine surgery? Dr. Bruce Fagel helped me get to the bottom of it—it turned out that one of their residents was drunk, and he accidentally hit a vital organ. I wouldn't have known about it if not for Dr. Fagel! The hospital offered me a settlement, but Dr. Fagel convinced me to go to trial. Well, I am glad we did—that resident and the surgeon both had his medical licenses revoked, and we came out richer by the millions. It is not enough for what they took from us, but at least the public knows about them, and they'll think twice about operating drunk again!

Dr. Fagel is amazing to watch in action. Being a doctor/lawyer he had total command at each stage of my case. It was clear from the start that the defense side was afraid of him. Whereas my family and I kept getting the runaround after my son was negligently harmed and we couldn't get any answers as to what exactly happened, once we called Dr. Fagel he explained to us exactly what went wrong and gave us the answers we were seeking. He advised us how we can make sure my son is taken care of for the rest of his life and followed through with his promise to zealously advocate on my son's behalf. His grasp of medical/scientific knowledge is truly incredible. He reviewed the thousands of pages of medical records pertaining to my son's care and boiled it down to the key critical mistakes that happened. At the settlement conference, Dr. Fagel laid out every option, explaining the pros and cons to help guide our decisions. Ultimately, he made it very clear that it was totally our choice whether to accept a settlement or go to trial and his job was to make sure we understood the process, what was involved, and how much we would need for my son's care. We ultimately decided to settle because the hospital basically folded once Dr. Fagel started talking. We are very happy with the settlement and can now rest assured knowing our son has everything he could ever need and we can finally move on from this tragic affair. While Dr. Fagel couldn't heal my son himself, he could and did get us the funds to make sure my son and our family is well taken care of, just like he said at the start of our case.

He was a real 100% jerk with no soul. You need to be Dead before he listens to you. Didn't care about the story it's What did they do to you. If he's being investigatedone for misconduct, then take his license away. His staff were a bunch of heartless punks . Kept hanging up on me SHUT HIS BUSINESS DOWN. Get his employees on the street no job. I was driving they couldn't hear me had to take my phone off bluetooth. I kept telling them to hang on. She hangs up. I call back. And they kept hanging up on me. This heartless lawyer calls me I don't know how I got on legal match, I don't remember signing up through them He calls me and well the story above say it all. So I hung up on him last week. He's all about money not class not nothing. Take his license away
