Ms. Ani is an amazing attorney who truly cares about every case that she takes on. Everyone respects her on top of her being firm and fearless against anyone who is at bat against you as her client. I never once felt unsure with Jennifer being my attorney. She got me outcomes that were fair and she does not stop fighting for her clients!

I hired Ms.Ani after 2 previous attorneys and over 2 years into a rough CPS case.She believed in me but was also brutally honest. She knows the law so thoroughly and passionately went to bat for me both inside of and outside of the courtroom presenting all of the legalities in my favor in such a point blank manner that it shifted my numerous opponents intent and my daughter was returned to me finally. Hiring a great Lawyer like Jennifer Ani after CPS takes your children is your only hope getting them back I was completely innocent and just made up a bunch of crazy lies and accusations against me with absolutely zero evidence or any kind of evidence and some Family Court Judge actually signed a warrant giving CPS permission to rip him from a good loving home to then place him in a abusive environment in the foster care system- I learned the world is a very scary place and CPS has been doing this for years I was blessed enough to have the money to fight them and hire lawyers the only reason my son is home today is because of Jennifer Ani and she got my case dumped in her lap because the original lawyers messed my case up so badly and literally fixed what was done and got my son back home hiring a smart fantastic caring lawyer like her but can be that strong pitbull in the courtroom when she needs to be to argue for the rights of innocent children put in bad situations taken from good mothers and gives moms like me a voice but more importantly gives innocent children a voice and protects them and gets them home I know I would have never gotten my son back home without a great attorney by my side and really scary how corrupt the Juvenile Court System is and how scary it is CPS can get signed warrants from a Judge to take your child just by typing up a bunch of lies with zero evidence or any kind of investigation I got a huge reality check how corrupt the court system really is why I knew I had absolutely no chance or hope of getting my son back without an attorney they wanted to permanently adopt him out take him away from me forever just by typing up a bunch of lies and saying yep it's all true with zero evidence and Judges just say ok and sign warrants to take people's children my son at the time was 6 years old he is autistic and my once happy healthy loved little boy came back to me broken sad with severe PTSD terrified of the world - But the damage could have been so so much worse if Jennifer Ani did not save him and get him home to his mother so please if you are struggling with the decision to hire a lawyer don't because I promise you it's your only hope to get your child back and now slowly but surely that happy little boy is coming back and knows he has a lawyer and no one can hurt him again or take him away from his loving home again hiring Jennifer Ani was the best decision I ever made she literally saved my son's life and got him home where he belongs - Jennifer Ani is your best bet getting your children back please don't hesitate call and hire her immediately after your children are taken the sooner you hire her the sooner your children will be home!!! Jennifer represented me in a child custody case first in Marin, then Sacramento. My son's mother had abducted him. He was returned to my custody after 13 months. Jennifer was instrumental in getting restraining orders of 3 years (criminal) and 5 years (civil dvro) against the mother. Both RO's are very unusual. She worked closely with both the Marin and Sacramento family law courts to get them to understand the gravity of the mother's dangerous and abusive actions with my son in her attempt to exclude me from contact with my son. Recently, the grand father attempted twice, through some devious court maneuvers, to gain visitation. I believe it was an attempt to assist his daughter to circumvent the ROs. Since he was part of the mother's attempts to manipulate the court through devious actions, declarations and responses to both the judge as well as the district attorney, I opposed the visitation request. My concern was that the grandfather and mother had concocted false testimony and declarations previously and that they would do that again if given the opportunity. Jennifer prevailed. Jennifer, in the last court battle as in all other efforts on my behalf, was ready and prepared. She was, without reservation, thorough and devastating to the opposing attorney. She was personally invested, and fought not only for my son, my mother and me, but also for father rights in custody battles. In an era where there is a perception that courts favor the mother, and that fathers may not be treated equally, I believe Jennifer takes each case based on its merits, and then seeks to achieve a fair and equitable outcome on the facts. Jennifer is a tremendous asset to my family, and especially my really great and happy little boy.

After running around in circles and talking to numerous lawyers I consulted with Jennifer Ani. From the moment I talked to her, it became clear that she was knowledgeable, was quick to come up with a sound strategy and fight for you aggressively. My case is not over yet, and we are still fighting for justice but I know I have not made any mistake in hiring a competent , reliable and aggressive lawyer. what I also like about her is , she is not afraid to tell you something that is not good for you even if you want to do it. In 2016, when my granddaughter was born 2.5 months early, CPS made some horrible, FALSE accusations against her mother and attempted to take the baby. Big mistake. Hired Jennifer Ani, and she blew CPS away at the hearing, they tucked their tails & ran. We haven't been bothered by them since, and my granddaughter is now thriving and happy at home with her mommy & daddy, thanks to Jenn! We would have lost our precious little girl if not for Jenn, and we will always be grateful for her help. We HIGHLY recommended Jennifer Ani to represent anyone dealing with CPS.

She made a difficult time for our family much easier. She answered all our questions and told us what to expect from CPS and the courts. I would highly recommend her to any one needed a CPS lawyer.

After two other attorneys allowed the court to continue pushing out court dates without making decisions and forcing one sided concessions, Jen Ani entered my case. My original attorney refused to fight for my daughters, allowing the mother to keep custody after 4 mental health professionals stated she was a danger to our daughters and should not maintain custody as well as a danger based on her alcoholism. The judge allowed her to maintain custody until a trial was ordered. A week prior to the trial, she killed our two year old baby daughter. Jen Ani is not afraid to tell the court that there will not be any concessions with the family that allowed this to occur without recognizing dangers to my daughters or with the mother who was convicted of killing our child and almost killing our other daughter. Jen will not play nice with the court because she has to deal with them on other cases. Jen will fight for your children as if they are her own. Should you hire Jen Ani? Definitely. If you do not hire Jen Ani, your children may be at risk from other attorneys not caring about them. Do it for your children.

Not only is Jen passionate about what she does but she genuinely cares about her clients. She stood by my side during a very difficult time in my life. I will never forget that. Thank you Jen
