Ksenya Kogan (Gitty to her people) is a considerate, careful and intelligent lawyer. There are many arguments within the scope of law - but not all arguments should be had, or are relevant. In the course of my own divorce, Gitty has been a wealth of knowledge and experience, human but clear in both her vision and execution of her charge. Her charge and style being how to bring successful closure with minimal cost - both emotional cost as well as financial - to her clients in the most expedient and transparent way possible. Not every fight is worth fighting, neither financially nor re-actively, and her cool-head prevails. Gitty draws from her extensive experience and enormous pool of mentors and experts, weaving her way through the morass of emotions and need for validation and retaliation, quelling snap decisions and counseling smart legal and personal behavior. There were 100 times I wanted to "fly-off-the-handle" or "show-her" that she expertly guided me past. Gitty is bold and strong and persistent, she is as sharp as she is knowledgeable.
