Jesse went to bat for me and my family when we were under scrutiny by an absurd and malicious opponent. Jesse was able to confidently and calmly navigate our case and see the truth. He listened, understood, worked endlessly to defend us and the results were greater than we expected. The process took time but never once did we feel alone. I needed a civil harassment restraining order to protect my family, so I filled one out on my own down at the local superior court. The filing process was pretty straightforward and the temporary restraining orders were approved, but then the other side lawyered up and filed their own restraining order against my family. Since I have no legal training, I thought it would be a good idea to get a lawyer to protect us. It's difficult to find a lawyer that specializes in the exact case you need help with, so it took calling dozens of lawyers before I finally found Mr. Ortiz's firm. Talking to his senior paralegal Shaun the first time, I knew this was the firm for us; they saw our situation and completely agreed with our point of view. Of course, Mr. Ortiz's firm totally knew how to respond to motions and filings from the other side, and were able to handle all the legal maneuvering that I could have been blind-sided with. On the day of the court hearing for the restraining order, Mr. Ortiz personally showed up to help us through the day. He was able to say all the right legal words during court, and then explained our options to us in plain English. In the end, we got what we wanted. It was great to have Mr. Ortiz and his team on our side. They took the guesswork out of the legal proceedings, and we definitely got more peace of mind during the process to have such an experienced, level-headed firm handle things where emotions were definitely flying high on our end. Also of note, Mr. Ortiz's firm has very transparent pricing and a breakdown of how they use funds out of their retainer fee. Other firms were not as transparent with how they would use their funds, which made me feel uncomfortable that I could end up spending thousands of dollars more than I really intended to with a less positive outcome to our situation.

Jesse Ortiz isn't a good attorney I know know many people that have fired Him because he just doesn't care after you pay him I made the mistake of having him represent me in trial for a gun case this man left an ex police officer On my just also the wife of a different police officer On my jury 100% against my wishes I verbally said to him also a family member said we do not want them on my jury and all Mr Ortiz had to say is I like him Needless to say I was found guilty with the Ex police officer being the formen of my Jury this should never ever happen Jesse threw my case he just plain didn't Even try to win telling me he couldn't question The arresting officer to hard because the jury Laughed at his Joak and wouldn't like it If I question him hard Jesse should get the DA's MVP Award Don't make the same mistake I did Find an attorney that will fight for you And try to get found not guilty Or atleast get you a good deal This isn't the guy I promise you that The Public Defender would have done a Better job

The absolute best if you ask me.... Jesse is very intelligent, understanding, and he gets the job done and doesn't disappoint! If you need a awesome attorney Jesse and his team are the best!

Jesse did an amazing job for me. All other attorney's wouldn't listen and thought they knew better. Jesse listened and was there.

Save your money look else where. I hired him for a restraining order case even though he said it was going to be difficult to get so payed him &he never showed up to court, he was sending different assistants to court on he's behave I didn't think nothing of it.. the other party didn't show up to court so the judge granted me the restraining order then I received a letter saying the restraining order is not granted anymore, Due to the other parties attorney not knowing that we had court& he's Attorney also stated that Jesse Ortiz was discipline or suspended while on my case?? It caught me off guard now I know why he never showed up! Due to that restraining order being really important for me&my daughters was stressful& him requesting more money if I wanted to continue with the restraining order case after it was not granted anymore was devastating!! So I lost hope but as soon as the other party was released from jail i didn't have money to pay an attorney so I did the self help restraining order orientation!! My restraining order was granted I did that all by myself showed my prove& all with the other party being there the judge still granted me 5 years said there's plenty of prove!! To think I paid him 500 for nothing!!
