John Hurney is an incredible person. He is so personable, kind, and caring. It is rare to find a person with these qualities who also can drive the hard points that a lawyer must. He replies promptly, remains calm, and displays perfect control with judges and opposing counsel. I could not imagine a better experience in a time of trouble. Thanks to John Hurney, a situation I should never have been in in the first place resulted in the least amount of headache possible for me. John is a rare find, and clearly values honesty and integrity. I will never forget what he has done for me.

I highly recommend John Hurney. I am a brand new business owner and had never been involved in any type of litigation before. John made me feel calm, he always kept me informed, and he worked day and night. He did everything he could to make sure I would be alright. John Hurney is a very capable attorney. He kept me informed of how my case was going on a very regular basis. He also took all my calls and answered my questions. When in depositions he knew how to handle himself and took the lead as I was a bit unnerved (it was the first time I had gone through anything like this). John is also a very compassionate attorney. He and his wife became my friends. I highly recommend his if you need an attorney.

I was in a bad car accident with a semi truck. John was referred to me by a friend. He totally took me under his wing and took care of everything. Without an attorney, the insurance companies were just brutal to me. They were trying to place the blame on me. I was in a lot of pain and in physical therapy for almost 2 years. During that entire time, John went back and forth fighting for me. Handling all aspects of the case for me. In car accidents you know there will be the car, your medical, lost time at work, your insurance company, their insurance company, your health insurance, etc etc. There Is more than one could ever imagine. John was very detailed in handling all aspects of the case. He worked with the insurance companies, my doctors, my own reinforcement after I felt the other agency tried to blame me. Once John stepped in, I did not have to talk to the other insurance company anymore. I think what was most incredible was that this was just not a case for him, he was concerned for the people involved. I think that says a lot about an individual's character and ethics. He never gave up.
