Я не прошёл интервью с офицером и мой кейс был переведён в суд. Я думаю, это произошло из-за того, что я не смог выделить главного из большой информации в моей истории, которую я предоставил на 16 страницах. И плюс волнение. Я первый раз проходил такую процедуру в своей жизни. Опыта не было. Фирма, которую я выбрал, представляла меня в суде города Лос-Анджелес в течении 5,5 лет. Были переносы слушания (ковид, смены судей) но работа продолжалась всё это время. Было очень удобно, практически вся работа проходила онлайн и не требовала от меня постоянного присутствия в офисе, за всё время я приходил в офис два раза. Я нашёл эту фирму через интернет. Я написал свою краткую информацию, мне позвонил мой будущий адвокат, задал несколько важных вопросов по моей истории и после этого пригласил меня в офис, где при личной встречи мы обсудили всё подробнее и приняли решение работать вместе. Интуитивно я понял, что это моя фирма и что это мой адвокат и я не ошибся. Мой адвокат (Anna Tsibel) предложила мне очень удобный способ оплаты своих услуг, выделила главное из моей истории, настраивала меня только на победу, готовила психологически к финальному слушанию, мы собрали много дополнительной информации, и в итоге, адвокат составил очень убедительный кейс используя мою прошлую историю и новую, дополнительную информацию сегодняшнего дня. В итоге, 1 июля 2024 года, после суда (он шёл 1 час) я получил политическое убежище. Для меня получение политического убежища в США – это второй день рождения. Начинается жизнь (хотя она уже идёт с 9 июня 2017 года) в свободной стране, я считаю, что в лучшей стране мира ( мне есть с чем сравнивать) и моё счастье в этой стране теперь будет зависеть только от меня самого. Ace Immigration law firm was recommended to us by a lawyer from California who said he did not work with cases like ours but knows just the right attorney for us. Our situation was both difficult and urgent. Due to inaccurate and incompetent information received from other lawyers, we were unprepared for such a tough situation, when things did not go according to plan. We were very lucky to find Anna Tsibel at that moment. The team of Ace Immigration did all the work needed both efficiently and thoroughly, everything was done on time and in a very organized manner. I started my process with Anna Tsibel from Ace Immigration to be able to obtain my residency after marrying with my American husband.
