Our situation was very difficult, most of attorneys in California refused to work with our case because they were sure that it is hopelessly. We were pending a political asylum and won a green card in DV lottery, we urgently needed to make an adjustment of our status but in the process of collecting documentation USCIS issued new requirements for applicants but Anna quickly got her bearings and helped us to collect everything on time. Also during our cooperation with her, we did not know any difficulties with sending documents, translating original documents and communication with USCIS, since Anna did it all for us and very successfully. She was very helpful in speeding up the review of our case because we had very short period of time to get the approval. My wife and I needed to get all our documentation in order and not be caught off guard by anything during our immigration interview and wanted to have the process go as smoothly as possible. After looking up immigration service in the Westlake area, We saw a lot of positive comments for Anna and her services. My wife and I immediately felt comfortable with Annas after our initial consultation, and went forward with her help. The process of preparing for the interview and which documents to prepare could not ha e gone smoother, she was very professional, helpful, and kept us updated every step of the way. I moved to the US 7 years ago with my two daughters. While the Asylum case process I changed 3 lawyers before I found Anna Moreas. I was very skeptical at first because I know how lawyers procrastinate and are not helpful at all. My first interview was a disaster thanks to my first lawyer who did not care at all. I was not told about my rights or protected by my lawyer while the interviewer was asking questions. I had no idea how to behave and because of it, my case got extended for another 3-4 years. I almost never write reviews, especially when it concerns my case, I like to keep it confidential. But Anna is a person who gave me a future in this country. Because of my careless lawyer prior to Anna Moreas, I lost 5 years of my life without documents, I could not get free education and I was not able to leave the country. I and my family could not pass the interview and we were sent to court. Later on, because of my previous lawyer my court date got postponed which extended the process even more. Consequently, me and my family decided to change our lawyer and I think that we are extremely lucky we met Anna because she not only saved our case but also told us how to behave in court in front of the judge. I know Anna Moreas through my family case that I was involved in too. I remember how my mother and sister were stressed about receiving documents. Anna has successfully represented me for the whole process of naturalization. A couple of weeks ago I received my Green card and now harry up to share my story. We started the process two years ago when I came to the US as a tourist, unfortunately, my circumstances did not allow me to return back home and I was needed to ask American government about protection and apply for Asylum status (a form of protection available to people who are already in the United States). Based on the available information found on the Internet I understood how difficult the process of legalization. Since I also was responsible for my son (12 years old), who was with me, I was needed to get legal status ASAP, right now, immediately. The all process must be done perfectly (I did not have right for the mistake). Anna has taken my case and started to represent me and my son in this difficult process (Anna thank you many, many times), she provided all step by step instructions, she checked all documents before sent them to USCIS office, she filled out all application and I was needed just sign them. As a result, we successfully completed on-time all documentation, passed all required procedures and already in six months I got job permission and in 10-month, the office of USCIS invited us for the interview. Anna spent about 6 hours (1-2 h per day) with me before the interview to prepared me (after her coaching I was absolutely confident and prepared (thanks Anna, again)). Anna also found the amazing interpreter for the interview, he was already known all about my case in details, I understood how this important in the process interview and I really appreciated this (thanks Anna, again). At the end of the interview, I already was aware that we are won our case since all arguments in the case were presented very clear and were supported by evidence. The immigration officer was really very pleased to see so quality prepared case (I understood this per her behavior). Two weeks after the interview, my status was approved and now I am a permanent resident of the US (I really happy and proud myself and I ready rapid those words again and again: THANKS ANNA) I am ready to recommend Anna to everyone who is looking for an immigration attorney in the US, she is a highly professional attorney with a great experience.
