Joe was the best. From the moment I initially consulted him, he was understanding and was able to talk me through the entire process before I even committed to hiring him. Once we were under contract, I was able to get in touch with him easily through his online portal (awesome and easy way to keep track of all documents, meetings and hearings) and any phone calls I requested were generally returned within an hour or two. If I even need to consult in the future Mr. Rose will be my first choice. His years in public service allow him to understand some of the issues, without explanation and truly make him a top professional in this type of law. Outstanding representation all around.

I contacted Murphy's Law in order to ask for assistance with a merchant dispute after months of back and forth with my bank. I initially assumed that this dispute would be solved via action through small claims. After a quick consult (1 hour or so) with Michael Murphy Jr. we formulated a plan and he drafted a demand letter. We had two or three revisions before a final draft was sent to the counter party. Within 1 week of the letter being sent, Michael Murphy Jr contacted me with the merchants response as well as provided guidance. Michael Murphy Jr was fantastic about negotiating and quickly moving towards resolution without the costly (time wise) involvement of the courts. I feel that what was arranged was fair and honest and now we can all move forward with our lives. I would certainly recommend the Law Offices of Michael C. Murphy and would not hesitate to retain their services in the future.
