Steven has provided me with legal advice in several business transactions. Not only did his advice save me costly fees and fines but it offered me knowledge for future endeavors. When I had a question about zoning laws he provided information and documentation above and beyond what I had asked for. He helped me cut through the red tape owning a growing business can bring. I was also very pleased with how quickly Steven worked and the level of dedication to a client he has. I was always able to reach him and he was great about getting back to me on my cases whenever there were any developments. I hired Steven Dhillon only to protect me from negative consequences in a rental matter - I needed to break a lease due to uninhabitable conditions, and the property management company threatened to file charges against me and sue me. I was also concerned with ending up with an eviction on my record. Not only did he prevent any negative consequences from happening, but he also got the landlord to return my deposits in full, reimburse me for all rent paid after notification of the uninhabitable conditions, reimburse me for moving expenses, and throw in a bit more just for the inconvenience. It was truly more than I expected. During the process, he was communicative and kept me apprised of the status at all times, was willing to accommodate my schedule, and responded to all of my questions.
