I was referred to Mr. Trolard by the state bar association. I was unsure about bankruptcy and I was quite nervous. Mr. Trolard calmed me down and informed me fully of what to expect.
When it seemed this was the best action to take under the circumstances and I hired him to proceed. My income is very limited, so we agreed on fair fees I could afford.
Throughout the process, Mr. Trolard was available to answer my questions. He gave clear instructions for the information he needed. I felt well prepared for the meeting by phone with the trustee.

We were behind on our bills and our lender was going to foreclose on our house and take it away from us. We hired this attorney to file a chapter 13 bankruptcy and he was great. Very patient with us and explained everything and stopped the foreclosure.
